Leicester Marina offers boat moorings in Leicester and is situated on the River Soar between the Thurmaston and Birstall Locks approximately 4 miles from Leicester city centre.  Adjoining the Marina is the Watermead Country Park which offers pleasant walks, a wild bird sanctuary with observation points and cycle routes.

 

We take pride in maintaining the Marina to a high standard and have several lawned areas, landscaped gardens and BBQ's and picnic benches for boaters to enjoy. With a large capacity of over 160 mooorings, we offer short term and long term moorings.

 

Weeping willows, mature trees and pretty flowerbeds add to the quaint nature of the surroundings, which are home to ducks and geese that enjoy wandering freely on the grounds!
